Who are we?
Our mission is to nurture and promote literacy, creativity and confidence in young children through the process of developing, writing and illustrating original stories.
San Diego based owner, Kara Camden, has her Bachelors in Theater from UCLA, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education, and a Masters in Education. In addition to her formal education, she also has five years teaching experience in the Sacramento public school systems and worked in a renowned Bully Prevention program in the Bay Area called Soul Shoppe. Concurrently, Kara has worked in the arts for over 10 years in Theater, Film, Television, and New Media. She is thrilled to be able to combine all of her education and experience to provide this outstanding service.
